Please join us and other friends of Ohio at the annual Ohio Society of Washington, D.C.Summer Social! The event will take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Capitol City Brewing Company located at 2 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington D.C. Complimentary food and beverages will be served. We look forward to seeing you there.

2nd Annual "Back to Your Roots" Summer Picnic |

The Ohio Society of Washington DC is excited to announce plans for the 2nd Annual "Back to Your Roots" Summer Picnic! This year's picnic will be Saturday, July 17th 4:30pm-8:30pm at Montrose Park in Georgetown (3099 R St. NW). Members are admitted free (just make sure to reserve your spot here), while non-member individuals and families may purchase tickets for $10 and $17 respectively here.
At last year's picnic approximately 65 new members and friends enjoyed some favorite Ohio foods including Greater's Ice Cream, Skyline Chili and Cheryl & Co. Cookies. Last year's raffle winners went home with two tickets to an Ohio State football game and two round-trip tickets on Continental Airlines.
We look forward to welcoming our members back this year and introducing new members to the Society!
